Wed Letter Day

Inspired by paintings of palm trees at The Young One's school art fair. And today is a grey gloomy day so dreaming of warm tropical places.

Are you wishing you were some place else?

  1. I love today's letter. Wednesdays make me smile and think of Sesame Street. Today was brought to you by the letter V.

I am not wishing I was somewhere else. But I am wishing the weather was somewhere else. I want it to be sunny and warmer so I can start planting and fussing with the flowers.

  3. It would be nice to be on vacation away from all these tornado warnings.

  4. Linda, love the brought to you by.

Jody, I'm making a set of blocks, I cut out a block template out of paper and then glue my letters to the block face.

Julie, here in Boston, we don't get them often. We've had a few microbursts in a few towns on the border of NH. There was a tornado in the city of Worcester in 1953. 94 people were killed. Closest I've been to a tornado has been watching the Wizard of Oz. Take care.

  5. Very cool! Love the letter V. :)

I wish I was south of Wistah in a sunroom drinking tea and gabbing my head off while watching old tv shows.

  7. Very pretty. I'd like to be where palm trees grow and the ocean is near by, and mountains loom over the horizon.
