Summer Is

finally here! Happy Solstice! Don't forget to look at the Full Strawberry Moon tonight. Full moon at the Solstice doesn't always happen.

  3. A Strawberry Moon? I've never heard of such a thing!

    1. I don't know if it's regional. Here in New England, the story goes Native Americans named the full moons through the year based on harvest/nature cycles. The full moon in June is called the Strawberry Moon because that is the crop that is ready to be harvested.
