I thought Stonehenge had been blocked/roped off so no one could get into the circle. From the video, lots of people are inside the circle. Was that from this year?
Not so happy time waster. I plowed ahead and every time I did, I got these annoying ads, sometimes two before I got the "skip" sign.
It was a fine day for a beautiful sunrise.
ReplyDeleteLooks like it.
DeleteThe video isn't working-sadly. Happy summer. You must be excited it's here.
ReplyDeleteYou can watch the video on YouTube
DeleteBeautiful.....(but way too people-y for me....lol)

I was surprised people were allowed inside the circle and were touching the stones, too!

DeleteWhat a lovely way to mark the Summer Solstice! Stonehenge always feels so magical, especially this time of year.
ReplyDeleteStonehenge is on my bucket list of places to visit.
DeleteStonehenge was featured on our UK news today.
ReplyDeleteHappy Summer Solstice.
All the best Jan
It's an amazing site. I'm so glad the Heritage Foundation livestreams the Solstice events.
