Doodling for Stress Release
On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend a half an hour doodling our stress away.
The suggestion for this doodle was to start with a scribble and then fill in all the spaces with black lines. We are always free to do what we want. I felt like color that day so I combined the scribble and lines with a neurographic drawing
I enjoy neurographic drawing... i don't think to do it though... I should do it when i want to draw but can't think of anything to draw...lol Always love to see what your doodling! GrandLittle today.. the Littlest one.... Pool Party!!! Hugs! deb
first thought was the bubblegum machine I have because it has a red base 😺‼️🦋🐾 awesome doodle💚💙

ReplyDeletePool party should be fun
DeleteI like the teeny tiny lines! 😊
ReplyDeleteIt was hard to keep the spacing and the lines straight. Getting old sux 😺
DeleteI love the idea of turning a simple scribble into something expressive and calming.
ReplyDeleteThe leader always has a fun project for us
DeleteI always enjoyed these exercises - still do, in odd moments.
ReplyDeleteThey are very meditative
