Five good things that happened this week.
1. Himself and I watched Annabelle Comes Home, the second of the Annabelle movies in The Conjuring pantheon. It was not as edge of the seat as the first Annabelle movie
2. I made crockpot baked ziti so no cooking for two days
3. After a doctor's appointment, we stopped for lunch. There was a fun Halloween decoration at the vacuum store.
4. One of the students in my class showed me a cool feature on iPhone. The Notes app can scan a document saved to Notes. It works better than taking a photo as it does perspective and shadow corrections.
5. We got Covid and Flu shots and as a reward we stopped at Grafton Pizza to get gyros

**The GrandLittles Daddy is coming home after a 6 months deployment... they are surprising them at school tomorrow..!! I know theres going to be one happy family tomorrow.. :)
ReplyDelete**So i have both girlies sleeping over tonight ... a challenge as i never have them both at the same time.. they are in constant state of conflict with each other.... So they won't see their Dad get home and they can surprise them...
**Mornings have been so beautiful... in the 50F's and 60F's days still hot 90F but we won't dwell on that...
**Halloween is slowing but surely happening around here..
** The Monarchs are coming through....
**The Littlest GrandLittle passed on her cold to her Grandpa... but know on wood it doesn't seem like he's getting a bad case of it.. I just hope he keeps it to himself... Happy Friday CJ! Huge fan of Annebelle and the Conjuring AND the Nun... Took myself to the movies to see 'Verity' the other day... not too bad ...love the actor and actresses but i like a clear cut ending and this one was a little wishy washy... Hugs! deb

DeleteNice week CJ. I haven't seen any of the Annabelle films- the Conjuring was a little too spooky for me (well at least the previews made it look that way). I had a nice week too. Happy Friday, and I hope you have left overs for dinner today so you don't need to cook.

DeleteSounds like between the leftovers and all that eating out, you only had to cook once this week. That vacuum was clever. Never heard of those films, but I'm not into horror. You had a great week. I spent mine on the phone looking for a new dentist. Mine is retiring and didn't offer/suggest a replacement.

DeleteSounds like a good week. I like that decoration that they had! If that was the Annabelle movie where it took place at the Warren's Monroe house, I didn't find it very scary. It seemed like a repeat of their previous movies. I liked the first Annabelle best.
