The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1. I saw the First Robin of Spring in my backyard

2. I forgot to put the eggplant Parmigiana on the table for (Greek) Easter, so we had that the following day and no cooking for me.

3. Beautiful warm day, I cleaned the front porch

4. I found a white feather in the living room. I was thinking we had an angel visit. Then I noticed it was a feather from a cat toy.

5. Teague booked the first 2OLOTR trip for the Summer.

How was your week?

  1. The thought of an angel visiting is sweet! Keep that thought, cats are angels, too (well, sometimes).
I might get my job back and have great friends, ok, that´s only 2. Sun is shining, weekend ahead, Ingo on the way home. Five :-)

  2. I'm so glad you are having a warm day too. And an angel visit (I'll pretend I didn't read the next bit. I prefer angel visit)
And thanks for the giggles as I have also just finished reading yesterday's whine and cheeze.
    Have a lovely weekend,
    Lisca

  3. I think we all KNOW it was an angel....(they put the cat toy there on purpose to obscure the visit, but we KNOW!)

  4. We've been having warm days... grass and weed growing days... But a front comes through tonite cooling the highs off by 20 F for several days... and i'll take it! My days have been filled with yard work and GrandLittle activities.. last night the Littlest and i went to a rocket building class.. lol Fun! We chose the one called 'Star Hopper' and is a snap together instead of a glued one... yeah ... first rocket 5yrs old lets snap it together.. We had a fun time.. blast off got postponed because we had too much rain and the fields are too wet.. I'm so glad you and Teague have a trip planned... chartreuse with envy... :) Hugs! deb

  6. sounds like a good week - especially that white feather from the angel, lol. I've done the same thing before. We have a couple of those toys on a stick that the cat loves to play with.

    1. I think Quill brought me one of his toys. I guess angels don't always have wings. Sometimes they have whiskers
