I have buds on my hydrangea too. I think we must be right at about the same garden timing. And wow, that is a gorgeous rainbow at the beach. I don't know if I've ever seen one so full. And no rainbow after the rain at my house either. Have a super Sunday and wishing your husband a happy father's day.
Our hydrangeas are a little in advance of yours, but no day lilies have appeared yet. I forget about them every year and am always delighted when they appear.
