Work in Progress - A Painting





Preliminary drawings. A critique I've received is my tigers are too happy, and they don't have "the eye of the tiger look." I can't help it. I enjoy my work and it comes through my hands. Back to the drawing board.

    Love this guy. I think the eyes in the notebook look very intense... not exactly happy, maybe satisfied? Hungry but there's a snack right on hand?

      That's the look I'm going for. I don't want a snarling tiger. Just a very intent gaze to make you wonder if you're on the menu
