ReplyDeleteWere you a member of the 'Look It Up Club?' (my parents were big on 'clubs' when we were growing up! LOL) It used to take me forever to find what I was looking for in the encyclopedia because I was side tracked by so many interesting other articles.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I was a member of that club, too. One of my favorite things to do as a kid was to read the dictionary and encyclopedia for fun. I had a children's Golden Book Encyclopedia and Funk and Wagnalls.
