Only I had a hard time picking out just 10 movies so my favorites over the next few hundred Saturdays 😸 in semi-alphabetical order:
Field of Dreams (1989) Kevin Costner, James Earl Jones, Burt Lancaster, Ray Liotta
If you haven't seen this movie, it's available for rent on YouTube.com
You evidently like a LOT of films! My list would definitely be under 20 films! Have a great weekend, hope it's not too cold and frosty. Valerie
ReplyDeleteI love movies, mostly the older ones. My list contains 153 movies that I can watch over and over again. And we're only up to the letter F :-D
DeleteGood one, CJ! I always liked Kevin Kostner and this movie is really good!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good movie. My favorite characters from this one are Shoeless Joe Jackson (Ray Liotta) and Dr. Archibald "Moonlight" Graham (Burt Lancaster)
DeleteField of Dreams was a great movie. Because of you, I'm trying to watch one movie per weekend, then mention it in my Tuesday T Stands For post. So far I'm 2 for 2 Sundays. Tomorrow will be 3, if I don't get sidetracked. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, dear. I've brought you to the dark side. :-D Enjoy!
DeleteThis is a classic. It's a really good film but I don't know if I would watch it again. I've seen it a couple of times, and I think I've reached my limit. Now Dances with Wolves, that's a different story. Hope you enjoy the sun today. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteI call Dances with Wolves, Dances Too Long :-D Yes, happy to see the sunshine.
DeleteAnother good one! (I like the Burt Lancaster character best!) :D
ReplyDeleteI love Burt
DeleteI remember that movie, but I haven't seen it in ages. We have it on DVD, and I agree that it's well worth re-watching.
ReplyDeleteThat was a great movie! I'll need to contemplate mine.
ReplyDeleteWill be interested to see what you come up with
Deletei haven't yet contemplated - too busy following FB and the mountain forums for all the photo and snow related traffic issues, etc. I get obsessed during winter , alway hoping that someone will say winter was cancelled.
DeleteYup, I'm waiting for the official end to Winter
DeleteI don't remember seeing this film, but I know I have heard about it-great actors-good choice
ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday
It's a good film especially if you are a fan of baseball
Deleteso funny - as soon as I commented above in my head I saw the title "Birdcage" with Robin Williams - I did love that movie but not sure why that particular movie came to mind... and then... i remember your other post about the bird.
ReplyDeleteBirdcage is a funny movie. Better to laugh than cry because it's still snowing outside my window.
DeleteI don't think I've seen this, but Kevin Costner is usually very good.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
It's a feel good film.
DeleteNever saw it. I've seen Kevin Kostner in JFK and the Bodyguard, but not this one.
ReplyDeleteYou might be able to catch this when opening day for baseball season rolls around.
DeleteI love this movie! Good choice CJ! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome
