  1. That's an interesting kitty dish with its own fountain. I had a cat as a kid who was fascinated by water coming out of the faucets, so I bet Calli and Quill love this. Happy T day.

    1. The fountain encourages them to drink more water. Quill loves drinking the water from the spigot.

    1. I'm not sure if Ink would have liked the fountain. He loved to drink from the dirty paint and ink water container on my drafting table.

  4. My cat loves drinking from the kitchen tap, so I bought him a little fountain like yours. He uses it occasionally but still prefers to drink from the tap in the kitchen. He'll jump onto the sink and sit there until I open the faucet.
How often do you change the water? I change it on Sundays, and the filters once a month.
    Happy T-Day,

    1. The filter is replace every other week and the fountain is refilled about once a week. It holds a lot of water

  5. You know, I recently ordered a fountain for this crew and they aren't the least bit interested. I think the water holder is too shallow. Yours looks deeper.

    1. The brand is Kitty Spout. It hold 4 liters of water. Is stainless steel and the bowl part can go through the dishwasher. It's very quiet so the pump doesn't freak Calli and Quill out. He took to it right away. She was more cautious, but uses it now.

  6. That's a clever way to get cats to drink. I've noticed when I take care of Sally's female cats when she goes to hospital, they drink less than half what my male cats drink. I'm constantly making sure the boys waters are filled. Thanks for sharing how you deal with yours, dear CJ. It's a great T Tuesday post.

    1. The fountain really encourages the cats to drink because the water is always fresh. Water in a bowl that sits for a few minutes is no longer fresh water to a cat.
