The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1.  I cleaned the front porch.

2. It's nice to be able to open the screen door and get a breeze.

3. Himself was tired of the Oak Barrel so we had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. The place was noisy but the food was delicious especially the bread.

4.  I was meeting a friend for lunch. Himself parked on the good side of the driveway and set the radio to my favorite station.

5. It's a head cold. At least it happened before Two Old Ladies On the Road

How was your week?

  1. Oh no. Not a head cold. Well at least it didn't seem to stop you from having some fun and some good food. :) You're probably loving this weather, but I wish the humidity would go away. :) Hope you feel better soon.

  2. Your week sounds really positive. Great! Mine was much better too.
Wonderful you have your front porch sorted and you will enjoy perhaps sitting there (or is it already too hot?)
How's your head cold? I hope it passes soon.
    Enjoy the weekend,
    Lisca

    1. The head cold is getting better. My face doesn't feel like it's caving in and my temperature has gone down.

  3. Sad about the cold!
Hmmm. 5 is a huge number!
Does "several" count? As in chats and calls with fK. She made sure fE will call mK on Monday on my behalf job-wise. Ingo got a magnetic torch for me. Neighbor told me to get a brolly - kept me dry.
