Last year in a Christmas card, I was gifted with a sachet of Twinings Gingerbread Joy tea. It's a black tea flavored with spices that taste like gingerbread. Ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg. Festive, warm, and cozy all in a cup.
I was thrilled to find a couple of boxes of the tea at a discount store. Since the tea is only available for a limited time, I ordered a couple of boxes from Twinings.

That tea sounds yummy and the mug sure is fitting - to the season!
ReplyDeleteThe tea is delicious!
DeleteI see you have the appropriate mug to contain the tea!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad the gingerbread man came with the set. It reminds me of the happy, little, gingerbread man the Young One had as a child. The one she requested to be sent to her new home as an adult.
DeleteI bought some of this tea last week. It came in a 3 pack of festive teas I picked up at BJ's. It's perfect for the season, isn't it, and less calories than actual gingerbread. :) It's too cold here this morning. Hope you're not so cold, but whatever the temp is, stay warm. And happy T day CJ.
ReplyDeleteFlannel lined jeans and Heat Warmer socks are a godsend. You stay warm, too
DeleteSounds perfect for a frosty morning!
ReplyDeleteOr frosty afternoon or evening. 😊Btw, i would have liked to have seen your Christmas card designs. 🤣
DeleteI have never tasted Gingerbread. I suppose I have never bought it as I don't like the ginger taste. (Funnily enough I do use fresh ginger in my curries, but that tastes different in my opinion).
ReplyDeleteThe mug is fun too. Real christmassy.
Yes, fresh ginger is very different
DeleteHappy T Day! Oh that tea looks wonderful! Have a wonderful rest of the week. :)
