On our way out to lunch, Teague asked me where I wanted to go. She said she recently had pizza so she didn't want to go out for pizza. I recently had a hamburger, and didn't want to go out for subs (grinder, hero). Where to go?
Teague had been talking how she had pancakes so I decided we should go to Lowell's in Mendon. The menu has lots of choices sandwiches, entrees, and they serve breakfast all day.
So I ordered Two French Toast with Two Scrambled Eggs with a side of bacon. I had a cup of hot tea with a splash of milk and one sugar packet.

DeleteI have to say I believe breakfast is the best meal of the day and it's totally legit to sub it in for any meal during the day or night-- but take home breakfast leftovers for the next day? Yeah, used breakfast is not something I'll do.

DeleteWe are breakfast people here...lol Once in awhile we'll go to IHOP even though our local IHOP service has gone to pot... and they offer 1 slice french toasst options... I'm just never a 1 slice person... i mean at least 2... The other breakfast place we go to is Cozy Kitchen and i think its more of a homespun restaurant and they make french toast sticks.... just doesn't sound appealing... Soooo all that to say we usually make french toast at home... lol LOVE breakfast for Supper... so glad you and Teague got together! Hugs! deb

DeleteWe had eggs for lunch so I can’t plan French Toast for dinner, but it would be a good choice. I don’t eat cereal outside of breakfast time, but all the egg traditions for me go with any mealtime.
