Five good things that happened this week.
1. The new fleece jacket with zippers in the pockets arrived. I hate carrying a purse.
2. I bought some comfy socks for Summer
3. I made pizza, and the yeast decided to add an ingredient
4. I made the Young One's delicious sausage soup recipe
5. I finished the layout for the baby gift
How was your week?

#3 ??? Mixed week here. I ruined my cam and Ingo saved it. Nough of that! ;-)
ReplyDeleteTo May!
Look at the picture and see what the yeast did
DeleteI spread bark mulch, checked out the bees, found out a mouse had gotten into one of my cabinets and chewed open a new bag of oatmeal (yuk and gross), went into the Boston...it was busy. Yours sounds good. How was the pizza?
ReplyDeleteAfter the mouse infestation that prompted getting Calli and Quill, I put all cabinet items in plastic containers. I hope your mouse visitor left the building. Pizza was yummy
DeleteGlad you had a good week!
ReplyDeleteI hope yours was as spectacular
DeletePleased you had a good week... mine has been a good one and now it's the weekend. I think we may be getting some rain which is a shame because grand-daughter is going camping with her school!
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
It's a rainy weekend here, too. The kids will still have fun camping in the rain.
DeleteMy pockets are always crammed with things - too many things!
ReplyDeleteI'm a minimalist. Sunglasses/case, phone with magnetic wallet, and now an Epi pen.
DeleteLate LATE to the party... the Littles have kept me busy... lol
ReplyDelete*Much Grandma time with the Littles this week. Went to their Cheer classes and cheered them on.. lol
*Finally got my Library card and the Littles got to bring home some library books... So interesting to see what they picked... the Littlest picked farm animal books... the Eldest picked books about the white house and the capitol as that is what she is learning about in school..
* Enjoyed three cool , somewhat rainy days this week... at the end of April .. beginning of May... amazing for TX
* LOts of 'arting time'.. sketching, drawing ... water color.. not masterpieces but just enjoyable pieces..
* Made soup... tortilla soup that has no tortilla...lol but yummy..
My Mom carried her whole life in her purse... i carry a small purse with very little in it... often think of just carrying my wallet..
Awww.. such cute yeast...
Progress on Baby Gift!!! Hugs! deb
My mother carried a pockabook (Boston for purse) that was really more like a steamer trunk. My MIL did, too. 🤣
DeleteMy week was not as good at yours, but I did finally get all my herbs transplanted in containers before they died! Now I just have to get my veggie garden planted. I have the plants, but must rest my arm for a day or two.
ReplyDeleteYour pizza dough was hilarious. And I also hate carrying a purse, but always have my camera with me, since I still don't own a cell phone.
