I wasn't looking forward to hopping on the scale this morning. I anticipated a gain so had to weigh myself two times before I believed the scale. No gain, no loss. A tiny feeling of disappointment. It's been 11 weeks and I've only lost 10 lbs. Yes, yes, I'm happy I dropped the ten, but I didn't think it would take this long. I thought I'd hit a two pound drop per week. I thought the first 10 pounds would be easy to drop. Silly me. On with the downhill race.
Ten pounds is reason to celebrate. Go, girl! And no gain. You're doing great.
ReplyDeleteThere are ways you can lose faster, but they are less successful in the end. Slow and steady wins the race! Keep on truckin' chica! You are making changes to last a lifetime... It's better this way, really. (I know... harder.)
