How Does Your Garden Grow?

The weather for this week was Brrrrr

A couple of inches of snow predicted for Christmas Day turned into a good four to six inches of snow. While shoveling the stairs and walkway I pondered the fact that if Christmas snow is so *#%#%&^# magical, why doesn't it ^&*%^&$^# disappear by magic?

This Jack Frost painting looked better in real life. The condensation on the windows looks like many triangle shaped trees with snow on top.

So we had Brrrrr followed by more Brrr.

This was one of the warmer morning temps this week.  And the extended forecast. Oh, joy, more snow predicted for Thursday and a daytime heat wave. As of this post, 171 days until the First Day of Summer. Happy New Year to you.

  3. Your house photo looks like mine. Brr. With the wind blowing today it is the worst. hanks for the sock link. I am heading on in a minute to check them out. Yesterday felt like a heatwave at 14 degrees. Pretty sad. :) We went to Worcester to visit my Mom who was tucked cozily into her apartment. I am glad we went yesterday because today with the wind it wouldn't have felt so warm. Ha-ha. Happy last day of 2017. hugs--Erika

  5. It's bitterly cold here, but absolutely NO moisture for nearly two months. Even bird poop is dry (grin). I would gladly take some snow, but not that much. I personally think it's too cold to snow.

Since this is the last day of the year, I want to personally wish you a safe and joyous New Year and a calligraphy inspired 2018.

    1. I don't think it can be too cold to snow. It was below zero last night and we got a skiff. Thank you and a Happy New Year to you and the boys. Headbutts all around =^..^=
