One of the workshops I did for the Worcester Public Library involved whimsical lettering and making gift tags. With white cardstock provided by the library, I printed a tag template that contained half a dozen or so tags in various widths. I also had available holiday motifs to cut out and color. I made samples of the front of the tag.
And the back with lettering.
Just some simple tags that were quick and fun to make.
Those tags are lovely, and are gifts in themselves. Enjoy your weekend, hugs, Valerie

DeleteWonderful tags! The Grinch made me smile and I love the "Eldest" lettering with the Christmas bows, snowmen, star, candle and little bird - amazing 😁. I hope the storm doesn't bring too much snow and wishing you a happy weekend! J 😊
ReplyDeleteI can be very much a Grinch at this time of the year. Storm prediction for my area is 4 to 7 inches of snow. And it's just starting.
DeleteWOW, these are fabulous, CJ! I would buy them up in a heartbeat!!! Love them!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend!
Send check to C. J. Kennedy...=^,.^=
DeleteSuper cute tags CJ. I like your lettering inspiration. It's inspired me to try a little fun lettering on my next arty project. Happy Saturday. Hope you don't get too much of the white stuff later today. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see you next project. Not looking forward to seeing how much snow we get.
DeleteThese are great! (Enjoy your snow!!! The first one is usually nice......right?????)
ReplyDeleteNo, it's not. All snow sux! :-D
DeleteI love them! And so much more personal.
ReplyDeleteOne year my daughter did hers on little chips of wood.
Have the best weekend ever.
Wood chips. That's clever.
DeleteThese are wonderful CJ! I love them! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Stacy
DeleteThese are out of this world. I was very, very impressed. Incredible calligraphy and great graphics, too.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't call the letting calligraphy. The hand-lettering is mostly balloon style and stick letter. Just a quick and easy way to add lettering to tags or cards.
