T Stands for Tummy Tamer

Last week, I got floored with a stomach virus. These three teas got me through the week.

The lemon and ginger tea was comforting.

I'm not a big fan of peppermint, but it sure does the trick to settle and upset stomach and to get rid of the bloating feeling.

The Winter Spice contains chamomile which I drank just before bed. Chamomile is relaxing and also calms a flippy stomach.

Are there other teas you drink when you're feeling under the weather?

Drop by hosts, Bleubeard and Elizabeth's blog to find out what the rest of the T Stands For gang is up to. If you want to play, include in your Tuesday post a beverage or container for a beverage. Don't forget to link your blog to Bleubeard and Elizabeth's page.

  1. It's good to know what to reach for when the innards play up. It's even better to know where the virus came from so that you can avoid that environment in future! 🤢🤒

  2. I heard that was going around. I like the winter spice tea by twinings a lot. It's very good. Hope you feel better again. And happy T day. Finally some sunshine but we need some more warmth.

  3. I hope you are feeling better now.
My favorite is the winter spice. I've had that one before. Not so keen on ginger. It was recommended to me when I had my chemo, but the ginger made me even more sick.
    Happy T-Day

  4. Sorry I'm late visiting. Late Monday night the fiber optic snapped and broke due to high winds. My neighbor called ATT and they finally sent someone out to string a new line.

I'm thrilled you are feeling a bit better.I am not a fan of chamomile. I don't care for the taste, but apparently it worked well for you. Thanks for sharing these teas that made you better with us for T this Tuesday, dear CJ.

    1. There are other flavors in the Winter Spice so the chamomile isn't that pronounced.
