How Does Your Garden Grow?

Since I had to get up to feed the kitties,I was up early enough to catch the lunar eclipse. I couldn't get a good pic going outside because the trees were in the way. This is through the window. You can sort of see the shadow taking a bit out of the moon.

The time window was very small so I didn't get to see the Blood Moon as by then the moon had set below the horizon.

Enough 🤬snow!

and then an ice storm

and a Luge run

The sunlight reflecting off the ice on the trees and a plane going somewhere. I hope the destination is exotic and warm and not a plane heading to Providence or New York. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Herds of birds, mostly Goldfinches, at the feeder.

More ice just not as much as the other day.

The Snow Gnomes telling me the snow is melting.

I think that's wishful thinking on your part, fellas.

How does your garden grow?

  1. I couldn't see the eclipse because of all the trees and street lights where I live. Lucky you.

It's cold here, but will warm today. We'll be back to high 60's low to mid 70's for a few days. You sure still have a lot of snow.

    1. We're supposed to get up to the high 50s and maybe a 60 this week before settling back to the normal for this time of year, 40s. That will help with the snow

  2. Except for the ice, my garden looks like yours. And my eclipse views were like yours too. By the time it got to the crescent shape I could see it but only with tree trunks making it look like 2 pieces. We should get melt this week. I am ready for it!

We've had a misty, murky day today.
I'm sure your goldfinches are always happy to find your feeders.
