97F degrees today for the high... Hubby is off to play golf this morning.. I'll be out mowing early... we bought a wheelbarrow yesterday... Yeah for Daffodils and Day Lillies... I meant to plant Daffodils this past Fall... Hugs! deb
I'm sure your flowers won't look back now that we're past the equinox. The crabapple is blossoming, and the daffodils are a bit further ahead than yours
It's actually been nice enough in my part of the UK to sit out in the garden for a while (with a jacket on) but apparently cooler weather is on the way!

ReplyDeleteI hope so since snow showers are predicted for Monday
DeleteAin't nature grand? LOL (there's hope yet.....)
ReplyDeleteYeah, until it ain't 🤣
DeleteHurrah for sprouts popping out of the ground. Spring is coming, but not today! Hope your weather is all rain!
ReplyDeleteRain today and snow showers tomorrow
DeleteYay for daffies and daylilies. Boo snow. What's the green protective cover? Is that some sort of frost blanket?
ReplyDeleteNo, the green cover is actually a cold frame. A greenhouse where you start seeds early in the season.
DeleteWe've had sun and warmth for a couple of days, so everything looks splendid.
ReplyDeleteMy eyes turned green.
DeleteI know it's great....and how cool is it to see dead grass !! always glad to see it here in trout towne !!!! ☺☺♥♥
ReplyDeleteYup, dead grass is better than snow

ReplyDeleteNice to see your daffodils sprouting.
All the best Jan
Sounds lovely. I'm imagining you sitting outside with a cup of tea.
