Doodling for Stress Reduction

 


On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend  a half an hour doodling our stress away. 

This week's suggestion was to start with a wavy line, add circles, and doodles. This was a very relaxing doodle. It reminded me of stringing beads when I was a kid.

  2. I really like this one. Not quite so warm today, at least how it felt when I let the dogs outside.
