      There were two dramas made during the 1950s about the Titanic. This one and "A Night To Remember" which was based off the ships logs

    so this is how Not in the Know I am about movies. i never knew this existed. I thought the latest Titanic movie was the only one.

      What's new was once old. Those the DeCaprio Titanic has a different love story to this one.

    Barbara Stanwyck was a great actress. I don't think I've seen this movie of hers.

    When I red the title Titanic I thought of the Leonardo Dicaprio version. I haven't heard of this one. Is it a similar storyline-meaning the romance because obviously the ship still sinks. Hope it was a nice Thanksgiving weekend. hugs-Erika

      It's not the same story as the DiCaprio. The story follows a family as the tragedy unfolds.
