The turkey book can be displayed
and the scarecrow can hang a round a little while longer.
Frost on the moose
More snow? Just a dusting
The squirrel was furiously digging for acorns
More snow?
Nope, just milkweed seeds
Fiery tops of the trees
and a beautiful sunset.

Wonderful assortment of photos, but I cringed whenever you used the word snow. :-)

DeleteThose Autumn trees colors! I never got Halloween decorations out and may not get out the ones I have for Thanksgiving *sigh* But Christmas! I haz plans!!!
ReplyDeleteYour decorations are fun for the season. The scarecrow makes me smile. I may move more towards generic Autumn decorations. I did do some of that :)

DeleteFull of pine needles and leaves falling like rain.. Your trees have some beautiful color CJ.. our were pretty drab this year but the trustworthy Maples put on a show.. Unseasonably warm here.. Next week promises rain though.. Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteAnne was saying the colors in her area were drab due to a drought in New England. I thought we had our usual vibrant colors. And we're in for unseasonably warm temperatures this week. I'll happily take them

I checked it out (again) and I doubt I could do this - but it's very cool! Looks complicated to me. i am horrible at following instruction. You would need to sit right here at my table and do it in front of my face lol.

ReplyDeleteI need to put my Halloween decorations away ad drag out my November ones, which mostly revolve around Thanksgiving. I really like your November decorations, dear, and I like that your snow has turned to warm weather.
The unusually warm weather has kept gardens looking pretty good. I'll look forward to seeing your Thanksgiving decorations

ReplyDeleteI could go through Winter with this weather. I have a friend who put up her Christmas tree the day after Halloween. That didn't stop me from making snarky comments 😺
