The Friday Five Good Thing

Five good things that happened this week.

1. The Eldest and I spent a lazy day in the sunroom bingeing Good Eats

2. We took Himself to the UxLocale for Father's Day and brunch. Himself and the Eldest had brunch while I enjoyed "high" tea with little sandwiches, scones, and cookies.

3. I was able to renew my driver's license online.

4. We went out to dinner to La Cantina in Framingham.

5. Another play day with Teague.

How was your week?

  1. Great week CJ. The high tea sounds fun. I had a couple of get togethers with friends this week, and today the boat goes into the water for it's maiden voyage of the season. I would really rather stay home and set up my screen porch now that the floor is finally painted, but it would crush my husband. Have a great day. Stay cool tomorrow when the humidity blasts in.

    1. I think today would be a good day to get out on the water. You'll have plenty of time tomorrow to set up the screen porch.

    1. Yes, indeedy. I was worried I might not be able to pass their eye exam.

  3. Sounds like a great, great week! Highlight here clearly was the rain and thunder, oh, and my City, Braunschweig, being in the German news as helper :-)

  4. Glad you were able to renew your license, that's good. I mustn't drive any more as my eyesight is very poor, but that's okay! High tea is something I haven't had in many years, nice! Happy weekend, Valerie

  7. I think the High Tea would be better than the buffet. Both sound good, though.

How can you renew your DL online? We are required to take an eye exam. They test your visual in one eye, then the other, then both together. If you wear glasses to drive, they do it again with your glasses on.
