Doodling for Stress Reduction

On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend  a half an hour doodling our stress away.

This was another take on a neurographic drawing combining the neuro with patterns. Rather than color the spaces between the squares/rectangles/triangles black, I decided to use blue. I also like adding red to Connie sneakers when I draw a spider.

  1. If spiders looked like that, I'd be happy to see them.

  2. Reminds me of Zentangles.... I love it CJ! I haven't done tangles in a long time... Infact have a couple tangles in a published book! Did you think of tangles when doing this or just doodling?? Hugs! deb

    1. I was just trying to fill in the spaces with patterns. A couple of them are Tangle patterns I saw online. Btw, the article arrived. Thank you!

  3. I like this one. The little bit of blue really lifts it up. :) Stay dry!

    1. We went to the dentist and stopped at the pet store as the kitties were out of kibble. Just as we were on our way home, the skies opened up! Not going any place this evening so staying dry!
