Five good things that happened this week.
1. The day before she had to leave, the Young One and I took a trip to the mall, lunch at Panera, bubble tea, and Crumbl Cookies to take home
2. After taking the Young One to the airport, we stopped for breakfast at IHOP. Then had a shopping spree at Ocean State Job Lot and the Dollar Store.
3. Took a trip to the cemetery to lay a wreath and then stopping for lunch at J. Anthony's Italian Grill
4. Himself's Yarbo arrived.
5. Cleaning and getting ready to decorate after the new television is delivered.
How was your week?
'Bubble tea' intrigues me and my imagination is taking off.
ReplyDeleteTechnically I think it's bobba. It's a cold tea beverage with milk, sweeteners, and tapioca pearls (bobba). There are all sorts of toppings and things to mix in. Check out:

DeleteCrazy week here... just doing all the Christmas stuff... ticking off some to do boxes.. Now its pretty much ~ decorate the tree and bake cookies...lol Daughter and i just had an evening out like yours... But ours was not the best... Went to Cheddars and man... the service and food was terrible. That used to be one of our favorite places when she was a teenager... We'd split something and she'd have a virgin daiquiri and me a regular one and we'd sit and talk and catch up... Now the drinks were blech and the food blech... oh well things change... time to find a new place i think... Hugs! deb

I think you mentioned the TV was coming today. Did it arrive? It sounds like a good week. And I had to look up what a yarbo was. I'd love an automatic/robotic snowblower to keep the deck clear. I had a good week and went to lunch 3 times. :) Stay warm tonight and have a great start to your weekend.

ReplyDeleteYours sounds good!!! I think all bubble tea stores have closed here (I never tried it, so I don´t mind, my sweet tooth hibernates 90% of the year).
