I love to look at letters carved in stone, but not sure that's my thing to actually do. It's an interesting video though. And I'll hopefully remember it if I ever get the urge to carve. :)
This is oddly satisfying to read there’s something meditative about carving letters by hand. I love how it makes even a small “time-waster” feel meaningful.
I am in awe of such skill and craftsmanship. Patient people. careful and painstaking with a great eye for detail. Never knowing quite how the stone will behave or react must be a constant concern.
