1. Grateful for my comfy bed.
2. I got a text from Nan, the worst of the virus is over in 2 days
3. I started feeling a little better and ate real food instead of tea and toast.
4. Kitties, comfy bed, and Netflix are a good wellness combo
5. The Mystic Aquarium was offering a thank you promotion of free admission for Healthcare workers for the month of March. The Eldest went there on her day off and brought me a bracelet that tracks a sea turtle named Seayonce.
How was your week?

Glad you're on the mend and have cats and Netflix to keep you company. Seayonce made me laugh! My day started with a stunning sunrise, something to be grateful for
ReplyDeleteThe sunrise must have been beautiful. I wasn't up that early this morning. Well, I was up at 5 am to feed Calli and Quill and then went back to bed and woke up 3 hours later.

ReplyDeleteYeah, a stomach bug sidelined me this week
DeleteMake the most of the opportunity to relax and get well soon.
ReplyDeleteTrying!
Deletehere’s to feeling better, and how cool is that sea turtle tracker bracelet!!!!! I’m guessing it’s “ real time “ so you always know where she’s at ? ‼️πΈπΎπ
ReplyDeleteNot really real time. Supposedly when the animal moves to a new location. Maybe once or twice a week. You wonder sometimes if it isn't some kid in a basement, sending random tracking notices. π€£
DeleteI love that your daughter got to enjoy the aquarium and brought back such a sweet way for you to stay connected to nature from your comfy bed.
ReplyDeleteShe's very thoughtful
DeletePleased you are feeling a little better.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
All the best Jan
Me, too
DeleteTo good beds, health and being able to eat (I still struggle with the latter).
ReplyDeleteWeek here: Started cleaning, worked on Perth pics (nearly 1/3!) ... and recover. Gosh, to getting old (Ingo is doing much better and he is 8 years ahead!).
Slow and steady. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish it's self care
DeleteGlad you’re recovering.
