The Friday Five Good Things


 Five good things that happened this week.

1. Spent a day in the kitchen. Made gravy (sauce), lasagna, and put together eggplant, perfectly fried by Himself, for eggplant Parmigiana. 

2. Himself went out and brought back donuts for Mother's Day

3. The electrician came back and added a new quad outlet with it's own circuit for the computers and peripherals. No more flickering overhead light.

4.  A trip to Lowes for instant flowers for hanging baskets, rails, and mailbox.

5. Work coming in.

    Good week here too...my car was finally restored to me! YAY! Now I just need to find somewhere to go (other than the grocery store! LOL)

    You had a really, really good week, dear. I'm off to buy herbs this afternoon. I was going to go early this morning, but it rained. Now the sun is out and I'm off to get potting soil and a few herbs I killed over the winter.

    Your week sounds good. It must be nice to have "work come in". i almost thought today if everything wasn't so modernized in today's world, I would like to go back to transcribing ER and orthopedic reports. But now since voice recognition - who needs me?

      that's true. I look at all the mistakes i make when i type a comment or a post and think OMG did i make those mistakes in my transcripts, lol

      Too bad you didn’t live closer, I’d recommend him. Shows up when he says, fair prices, completes the work, and cleans up after himself
