Monday, Monday

 

After getting up at 5 am to feed the kitties, I usually go back to bed for an hour and a half. This morning things were going as planned until sitting bolt upright in bed wondering why the alarm didn't go off. Someone had set her alarm to go off at 6:30 PM. There was a mad sprint to get up, collect the trash and recycling, and get it out to the curb.

And then the realization that I didn't have a proper blog post prepared. I hope your day started off better.

    I slept until 7:30 this morning. Didn't even hear the hubby get up, or come back in and get dressed, nor did I hear him leave for work. That was unusual for me. Now I feel like I've missed half the morning. :)

    I haven't set an alarm in YEARS! So in that respect my day IS going better. Sorry yours started so dramatically.

      I usually don't set an alarm, but I do on trash day

    Oh dear! What a mix up - things like that happen. I had stress with my credit card because I forgot the pin, oh dear! Now I have a new one!

    Oh man i hate days like that... the feeling of rushed tends to last all day... We woke up early with plans to get lots done but as it often happens we snuggle up and go back to sleep and only end up getting half done what we wanted to ... but thats ok... we've decided life is short and the extra snuggle is worth it.. Hope your day gets better.. Hugs! deb
