I always wondered who (and how) chooses the names of the colors! I want to do that! (My father used to be one of a team who came up with names. Until one of his 'suggestions', although funny and descriptive, got him kicked off the team! LOL)
I love color and so I found this very interesting. I wish more craft companies followed Pantone's color names. It would make things easier. Rain here all day, the snow hasn't disappeared but only about 13 of it is left. And my power finally came back. :) How about you?
Yes, I remember the introduction at uni to Pantone.
ReplyDeleteBut actually... I take what I get and mix to my liking.... but then I don´t print, either :-)
Me, too. I'm happy is yellow and blue make a green
DeleteHave a grand weekend and enjoy the spring colors:)

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you got power. For having so little snow, we still have quite a bit on the ground in the backyard.
