The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1. The Niece and her husband stopped by for a visit and brought their little one. I brought out some baby toys, and she loved the shape sorter.

2. I had to chase them down, but Calli and Quill got their nails clipped thanks to Mobile Pet Services - at-home nail trims

3. I found a bright, shiny penny in a parking lot.  Since they are no longer to be made will finding one still bring good luck?

4. We had a nice dinner at Jimmy's Tavern and Grill. Good food, great music, and a cute and attentive server before heading to Qi Gong and Reiki.

5. After lunch, Teague and I spent the afternoon at the lake at Hopkinton State Park

How was your week?

  1. YES on #3, even ESPECIALLY! I also still have a "Pfennig" I once found. Pre-1999, so to say.
Week here... Webinars + shit#y weather. And Ingo got the worst, stinky frozen pizza yesterday. #Dr. Oetker - don´t buy.

    1. I make my own pizza so I don't buy a frozen one.

  2. The value of money is decreasing. I don't think we have much small currency now.

  3. Nice week CJ. I found a quarter yesterday so I must be super lucky. Ha ha. I wonder if pennies will become more valuable in years once we no longer have new ones. Stay cool today.

  4. Its been a long week of grass and weed mowing... I've found some time in craftroom , that always brightens my spirit.. Yeah to finding a penny.... hmm was it up or down.. if its down i won't pick it up ... hubby will though... he says money is money... lol Daughter wouldn't pick it up because of germs... AND i think they are still lucky... maybe even luckier since they will be more difficult to find... :) Hugs! deb
