Doodling for Stress Reduction

 


On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend  a half an hour doodling our stress away. 

This week's suggestion was to start with a wavy line, add circles, and doodles. This was a very relaxing doodle. It reminded me of stringing beads when I was a kid.

  9. These are really very well done. To me, this would be stressful, but I love seeing what you create as a warm-up exercise.

    NO!!!!!!!!!!! I just got "Failed to Publish.." I thought that was gone forever.
