Five good things that happened this week.

1. Beautiful weather so worked in the garden

2. Made fried dough (aka. elephant ears)

3. A Mama cardinal built a nest in the honeysuckle vine.

4. Himself had a coupon so ordered take out lobster rolls, and deep dish pizzas from Uno's.

5. Skyped with Nan

How was your week?

  3. Sounds like a good week, but I still won't order take out. You are brave, dear CJ. Now I know where all our cardinals went! Obviously east, where the weather is better.

  10. I envy you your cardinal nest. We have so little room that we've never attracted many nesting birds. How exciting!

    1. I was surprised they built there nest in the vine. So many birds had checked out the spot, but I never saw the building going on

  11. Sounds a very good week.
Ours was good. As our Covid 19 restrictions have been eased very slightly, we are now allowed to have a short drive and then a walk … so we went further afield than the local neighbourhood; it certainly made a nice change.

Enjoy your weekend, I'm looking forward to seeing the family on Skype.

    All the best Jan
