The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1. Using the Roku search I found NESN, the sports channel Himself watches. For free! Himself is a happy boy.

2.  Organized the pantry

3. Started Season 4 of The Crown

4. Had a crafting day

5. Watched the series finale of Supernatural

How was your week?

  1. My week was actually quite good. I checked off all the boxes except finishing some raking. And oh well if it doesn't get done. Good for you to get your pantry cleaned and sorted. Too bad you are so far or I would say come and clean mine-ha-ha. Hugs-Erika

    1. Pretty soon the snow will fly and cover the leaves and then you won't have to worry about them. 😺

  2. One week seems pretty much like the last, and the one before that and the one before that......can you say 'burnout'......lol. ;)

  3. I'm passing the NESN suggestion on to The Husband. Thanks!

This week is like all other weeks, running from one into another so I can't tell where one ends and another begins lol But yesterday I put out my Thanksgiving decorations and made a pecan pie. That was fun :)

  7. I thought the last Supernatural was the SERIES finale. I've never seen the show, but Sally gets TV Guide and they did a 6 or 8 page write up on it. Each actor told their favorite episode. Some directors told their favorites, and so on.

Sounds like you had a better week than I had. I hope to feel better soon, though. I think it was something I ate.

  8. Sounds like a great week and your pantry looks so tidy too! Glad you are enjoying your TV series and how wonderful to get the sports channel for free 😁. It's been a busy week here with food shopping, brewing beer, baking, and also our kettle blowing up and tripping the electricity - no harm done though and we picked up our new kettle today ...lol 😉. Happy Friday and weekend! Hugs, Jo x

  9. Awww, you got me hooked on the last one (#2 is a pain I have to go through still).
I have the whole Supernatural on DVD (no other way here to watch in the original)...
I also ordered "Blue Bloods" on DVD (I know, some say yay, others nay, but... Tom Selleck!!!).

    1. CW the network Supernatural is on streams the episodes for free the day after they have been aired. I don't know if there would be an issue for watching outside the US. Worth a try.

  10. first off i like your pantry. Makes me miss mine from my house before we sold. Oh...I binged on the crown season 4 and liked it. then after that I watched the documentary by the guy that Princess Diana gave her interview to, Andrew Morton. For me, I was still busy getting rid of stuff and organizing and getting ready for my son from Bend and my two grandkids to come over the weekend. Then they went to their other grandparents yesterday afternoon and probably will be back today or tomorrow at my place. I always love having them around.
