Sunset reflected through the trees
Most of the weeds cleared from the Zensical garden
Broccoli
A little, green tomato
A little, green pepper
Little tomato flowers
Mint for iced tea and other green things
The morning glories reseeded themselves near the peas and
beans. Or beans and peas.
For Father's Day, the Eldest sent Himself two blueberry bushes. The plan: to plant them in pots, wrap the pots and let the plants Winter in the greenhouse.
Ditto with the Clematis.
Dianthus and verbena doing well in the cowboy boot

Hey, Quill!
What?
How does your garden grow?

Your garden is doing well, Quill seem sto be asking you something! Have a great day, Valerie
Asking when is snack time. 😺
Oh, you grow yummy things! And your on-looker is too cute.
My "garden" aka balcony... hm. The strawberries are eaten!
I hope you at the strawberries and not Peanut!
It's looking very good CJ. I had a visitor in my garden this past week which ate away all my green beans. Luckily they are quick to grow so I planted some more seeds. He/she also hit some of my netted items a bit too, luckily not enough to kill them but it will set things back. GRRRR. I hope all your plants don't become animal lunch. hugs-Erika
Oh, no! The only complaint I've heard about critters eating is Himself saying he had to get rid of slugs. I don't know whether he will be dusting the plants with diatomaceous earth or spraying with Neem oil
I love your wooded view. I'm excited about the idea of wintering over the blueberry bushes. That boot planter is a fun garden accent :)
Everything looks wonderful CJ! Broccoli growing looks so strange to me. I've never grown it myself.. My volunteer Sunflowers.. the only plants in the yard.. are doing great.. a few blooms.. I give them some Miracle Gro water ever now and then but they can grow and thrive on their own in this desert.. Hugs! deb
Lookin' good! (with the exception of the broccoli.....I don't like broccoli....but then, it IS your garden so....enjoy!) :D
Our property extends about a half an acre through the woods. I'm hoping the blueberries survive the Winter. Himself has been reading up on planting blueberry bushes in pots
I'm surprised Himself planted the broccoli as he's not a fan of it
It's Himself's garden. I just take pictures. He's not a fan of broccoli either, though he'll eat it raw
Beautiful photos. Regine

Your broccoli is impressive. Some critter ate mine and left next to nothing. Same with my sunflowers, as you know. I bought a blackberry bush a few years ago and it survives my winters. I hope your blueberry bush survives in the green house. Lots of little flowers promising fruit and veggies.
😊
Fingers crossed the blueberry bushes survive. I don't if they would produce berries next year.
I do like your boot planter ...
Our garden was thankful to get some rain earlier today.
All the best Jan
Love the Zensical garden - really nice. I had a Zen bench in my backyard before I sold. Mike made it for me as what was there before were Oleanders wild and crazy bushes and I had sat out there one day when a "spiritual" poem came to me. A few years later he put a Zen bench right near the spot. Love your yard pics.
We had a cold front with downpours today. The garden really needed the rain, too
The Zen bench among the oleanders sounds so night
i would like your backyard now. It looks beautiful and easy to maintain.
