I'am busily harvesting SunFlower Seeds..I get new heads to cut off every day... Oh my that sounded rather 'Alice in Wonderland' didn't it? ! lol Your Garden looks like August after a long hot Summer.. Our weeds don't seem to mind either.. Hugs! deb
My garden is droopy too. I go out in the evening and give it a spray, at least the veggies and a few of my perennials I don't want to lose. Of course the ones I wouldn't mind losing don't even seem to droop. Stay cool. hugs-Erika
August, that last summer month, does seem to make for tired-looking flowers. I'm hoping the plants I started this year will survive the winter and do well next year. They've done fine so far.
I have no idea. The flowers on my balcony do grow! In length. No blooms whatsoever! The sunflower seems to get ready, the only one that made it.Disappointing. Reckon next Spring I´ll get ready flowers at the nursery nearby again. Which were destroyed last year by hail. Black thumb here!

ReplyDeleteHimself has been watering early in the morning, but it doesn't seem to be helping
DeleteI thought you liked hazy, hot and humid! ;)
ReplyDeleteI do, but the flowers don't. I've been in heaven this past week.
