Doodling for Stress Reduction

On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend  a half an hour doodling our stress away.

The exercise was just filling your page with small rectangles. The leaders example reminded me of city buildings so that's what I doodle.

    1. Oh, the Boston skyline would have been a great idea. I'll try to remember that for next time.

  2. Was that relaxing? I might find it stressful because I would want to fill out the buildings impatiently. Enjoy the sun before the rain arrives. I'm actually looking forward to a wet day.

    1. No, it was very relaxing. Besides, the class is only 1/2 hour long so sometimes there's not enough time to finish. I will finish those things out before the next class.

  5. My rectangles would turn into parcels, I think. I like yours, though.
