I have never heard of this film, CJ, but it sounds wonderful. I think there is a lot of subtle humor in it, too. LOVED the horse and its antics.
Forgot to mention, sorry I couldn't join you this Saturday, but will be back with a film next week.
I haven't seen this film although I recognize the title. What's new? There's so many films I realize haven't seen. Hope you have more sun than we do. I haven't seen a forecast since Thursday night so not sure of the weather this weekend. I think I might not want to know either for what people are saying. Hugs-Erika
This movie is great fun! We still get a kick out of how "based on a true story" would better be said to be "inspired by an idea that came from a thought that arose when I came across something someone said was based on a true story" ;) You can't go wrong with Viggo Mortensen.

It's a good story. Action, adventure, mystical. Covers quite a range.
