Five good things that happened this week.
1. I mailed a package of craft stuff to The Young One. The eyes arrived so she could finish a project
2. I did some cleaning and purging and switched the Summer and Winter wardrobe
3. The laundry was caught up for all of five minutes
4. I found a recipe for crockpot lasagna using frozen ravioli
5. A blast from the past, I got an email from a calligraphy classmate.
How was your week?
Tips on what to do with the eyes? I have some sitting here, too. As they´re why my Dad named me I thought of a mobile ... with all the glasses he and my Brother made for me.

Long weekend here (good).
Taxes lurking (bad). Head bruised from the ship (could´ve been worse). > week "so-la-la"....
The eyes I sent the Young One are safety eyes for making dolls and stuffed animals. Eye glass mobile would be fun.
DeleteI KNOW!! How does laundry from two people accumulate so FAST!? Crazy... Sounds like you had a great week! I went to a Homcoming Parade and saw the eldest Granddaughter on a float....Going to the homecoming game tonight to watch her 'cheer'...lol Apparently she knows the cheers and really has a great time... looking forward to it.. Right now hubby has a VA eye appt about an hour away... got coffee... off we go... Hugs! deb

ReplyDeleteIt's been a good week for me. And good for you to already having the clothing change over done. I am impressed. Enjoy this lovely day before some rain and chillier temps. You might be needing that other wardrobe-grin. And I love the new background too.
