Doodling for Stress Reduction

On Mondays via Zoom, I participate in a class where we spend  a half an hour doodling our stress away.

The leader said she was inspired by stones she saw on a recent trip to the beach.

  1. For some reason, your doodle made me think of a plate of food, probably because of the background colour.

  2. Nice ones. Looks like a lot of stress, though?

  3. This immediately reminded me of the first time I looked through a microscope in 8th grade science class! LOL (Maybe because I'm looking at it on my phone and not full size?) The patterns look cool. ❤️

  5. I like both the stones and doodling stress away. Does it work for you? I'm afraid I'd be stressed by my lack of doodling skills;) Sandra sandracox.blogspot.com

    1. It's relaxing and a wonderful procrastination tool. ๐ŸŽƒYou don't need artistic skill to doodle. Most of the doodles are composed of curves, circles, ovals, and sometime straight line. The "stones" are ovals with patterns in some of them dots, stripes, circles, etc.
