A gorgeous sunset
The Heavenly Blue Morning Glory vine is full and lush. No blooms
Tree leaves in the woods turning yellow
Downpours dropped 3 inches of rain this week.
One Reggie Morning Glory
The meadow is looking limp and tired
though that hasn't stopped the bees from loving on the flowers
How does your garden grow?
WOW! That first pic is a beauty! Love that!
ReplyDeleteThe light was just amazing.
DeleteBeautiful sunset!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThe picture doesn't capture how stunning the light looked
DeleteYour garden is looking like mine. Still a few flowers and my perennial chrysanthemums are getting ready to bloom. It's a pretty time for the garden just to enjoy the green. I don't think we got quite that much rain this week as you did. Bu it is looking good CJ. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteI need to get out there and cut things back
DeleteThat is indeed a gorgeous sunset! I'm impressed with how well your flowers are holding up. The white and yellow together is a good combination. That's a lot of rain! The rain has left us, and we're back into dry weather with highs in the upper 80s. That's not unusual for September here.
ReplyDeleteIt’s been a very wet Summer. Lots of areas were in drought and I don’t think we have to worry about that for awhile
DeleteYour garden still looks lush. My balcony garden is winding down, but some of the plants are still going strong. Valerie
ReplyDeleteThe weeds are still lush
DeleteSimply stunning photos of your yard, CJ. Of course, yours, even the wilted parts, look so much better than my sad yard. Heat (gosh I wish autumn would arrive in my area), high winds, and lack of rain have turned it crunchy, with just a bit of green left. Rain is a miracle worker, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteRain is a game changer. We’ve had more than our share so I’ll send thoughts of rain and cooler temps your way
DeleteGreat pictures CJ! That sunset is gorgeous! WOW! You can see the chill in the air!
ReplyDeleteYup, it's cooled off. No more Summer. Sad face.
