How Does Your Garden Grow?

A gorgeous sunset

The Heavenly Blue Morning Glory vine is full and lush. No blooms

Tree leaves in the woods turning yellow

Downpours dropped 3 inches of  rain this week.

One Reggie Morning Glory

The meadow is looking limp and tired

though that hasn't stopped the bees from loving on the flowers

  3. Your garden is looking like mine. Still a few flowers and my perennial chrysanthemums are getting ready to bloom. It's a pretty time for the garden just to enjoy the green. I don't think we got quite that much rain this week as you did. Bu it is looking good CJ. Hugs-Erika

  4. That is indeed a gorgeous sunset! I'm impressed with how well your flowers are holding up. The white and yellow together is a good combination. That's a lot of rain! The rain has left us, and we're back into dry weather with highs in the upper 80s. That's not unusual for September here.

    1. It’s been a very wet Summer. Lots of areas were in drought and I don’t think we have to worry about that for awhile

  5. Your garden still looks lush. My balcony garden is winding down, but some of the plants are still going strong. Valerie

  6. Simply stunning photos of your yard, CJ. Of course, yours, even the wilted parts, look so much better than my sad yard. Heat (gosh I wish autumn would arrive in my area), high winds, and lack of rain have turned it crunchy, with just a bit of green left. Rain is a miracle worker, isn't it?
