The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1. For Himself's birthday we took my car out for a spin to get gas and stopped at The 99 Restaurant to pick up lobster rolls for his birthday lunch.

2. Saw a Baltimore Oriole in the yard

3. Baked cinnamon buns

4. Planted morning glory seeds in Ink's garden

5. Spent another afternoon in the garden. Planted petunias, sunflower seeds, and more morning glories.

How was your week?

  7. so cool to read of your week - spending time in the garden and planting. I use to plant things in pots and set the pots in our deck railings but now with cats around i can't do that - i'm afraid they would knock them off and the pots would break.

    1. Ink was an indoor cat so I couldn’t have indoor plants since many plants are poisonous to cats

  9. Happy belated to Himself. I am glad you are brave enough to buy take-out. It'll be a long time before I go to a restaurant again even for take out.

Sounds like you had a great week. I have blisters on my blisters from all the cleaning up I did. My week wasn't as enjoyable as yours, I fear.
