A couple of weeks ago, Himself and I were working on a joint project going from this
to
these
To this lighthouse to cover the well cap.
Look who's waiting in the window!
The lighthouse at night with the solar light lit. We need a foghorn.
Whatcha doin?
What a lovely lighthouse, it looks great. And Ink is keeping watch. The sirens have been sounding here all night and all day, no foghorns, just the signal for the fire brigade, they're being kept very busy with flooding water etc. Valerie
ReplyDeleteCrazy weather! We could use the foghorn this morning and thunderstorms and more rain expected this afternoon. 😿
DeleteThat is a really cool idea CJ. I haven't seen anything like this, and it works perfect. I love the light. Stay dry on another wet day. I am missing the sun for sure.
ReplyDeleteThe lighthouse was Himself's idea. I just got the job of painting the pots. Hopefully, we'll see a bit of sun today. Right now the lighthouse needs a foghorn
DeleteOh, you DEFINITELY need a foghorn!!! It's ADORABLE! (Ink in the window is the perfect touch!) :D
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine the neighbors hearing the foghorn? On the other hand payback for the neighbor with the constantly barking dogs 😺
DeleteThanks
ReplyDeleteSo cool! What a great way to cover that well cap.
ReplyDeleteIt’s a lot nicer than the cracked and broken planter that grew weeds
Deleteoh em cod CJ....this is like THE COOLEST ever !!!! I could live in a light house by the way....

DeleteWhat an extremely clever way to cover that well cap. So glad Ink is guarding and watching over this cleverly created lighthouse. It is BRILLIANT!!
ReplyDeleteCouldn't resist putting Ink in the scene. He would have loved sitting in those windows
DeleteWow, this is amazing! Loved how you made this beautiful lighthouse with Ink sitting in the window is purr-fect 😀. Happy wishes! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeletePurrfect. =^..^= Love it!
Deletei love it!! what am I doing...thinking about going to Lake ARrowhead later for the Abba concert but not sure. I'm sure if it doesn't get too hot we will walk a trail somewhere but if not I'll stay home and take photos of the wildlife that visits me in the yard. especially that wild crazy Monarch who flits all over.
ReplyDeleteSo cool to see the Monarchs
DeleteI LOVE this!!! What a great project. (I wondered what you two were making, when I saw the intermediate step.) And that is fantastic, that Ink is in the window.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't resist putting him in the window.
