Happy Mail

From Finnbadger at Envelope 100 , a fun note to celebrate the New Year. Glitzy envelope and the shimmering Thank You stamps. I should order some of those before the rate increase. My post office didn't get any.

Cardinals always make me think of my parents. This cardinal was on Finn's return address label. Thanks for the lovely note, Finn.

Anne's model, Teddy, from Anne's Creative Cornucopia grabbed two of the digital postcards she made and sent them to me. I had commented on her blog that I liked the kitties dreaming about being a wild cat. Anne also made a Zodiac postcard of Sagittarius for a Zodiac theme challenge she was hosting. I commented I hoped she would do all the Zodiac signs and my sign is Leo.

I love Teddy using his given name in the return address and how he wrote out and decorated his nickname. Nice penmanship Teddy and I love the stars.

Teddy used one of my favorite stamps, the cardinal from the 2018 Winter Birds series. I also liked the  elf cancellation mark that pairs with this year's Holiday Elves stamps.

Thank you, Teddy and Anne.

  7. Wonderful happy mail. I noticed that Thank you stamp when I was looking up stamps today. LOVE the cardinal stamp and I think Teddy did a great job signing his name. You can read his, as opposed to mine!
