The Friday Five Good Things

Five good things that happened this week.

1. Saturday was warm enough to wear a tee shirt and shorts

2. Learned something new in the acanthus leaf workshop

3. Instead of lunch, Teague and I went out for breakfast.

4. I saw some flowers on the blueberry bushes. We might get a couple of blueberries this year.

5. I've been enjoying a murder mystery on Netflix called The Residence.

How was your week?

  1. Our blueberries look promising this year. Last year was a washout.
I shall look up 'The Residence.'

    1. Himself only got the blueberry bushes a year or two ago, so this will be the first time for blueberries. I don't expect a huge crop

  2. I'll have to check out The Residence. My week was good too, but enough of this rain already. Stay dry.

    1. Nothing like a trip away from home. Hoping there's a runaway trip and a hotel stay for Teague and I this Summer.

  4. Yay for t-shirt and shorts - here, too! Finished one study-chunk, finished #1 of the next with two tests (please wish me luck I passed), got soil and bee-flowers, today, t-shirt again!

  5. My week has been good, met up with friends and had a good catch-up ... always enjoyable.
Hope you may be lucky and get some blueberries this year.

    All the best Jan

  6. The good thing is the week is over and it's time for wine! Weather is crisp with a cloudless sky - weirdly feels like a fall day - I'll take it!

    1. Cloudless skies and about 10 degrees warmer would suit me better. Have a great weekend

  7. Blueberries sound yummy. My huge blackberry bush died when my neighbor moved it.

It rained every day this week, so no planting herbs till today (Sat). Like you, I've donned my summer outfits.
