Leave a comment on this post. Five (5) people randomly drawn will receive something from me during the course of 2020, a surprise, going to dinner, some coffee, a letter, book, sweets... whatever I can think of to thank you for your visits and kind words. #alwaysbekind
Names will be announced on The Friday Five Good Things 31. January 2020
This is an interesting drawing. I have a friend where 4 hours on the phone is a possibility. Very cute CJ. Happy new week. And good luck to the lucky 5.
ReplyDeleteThe drawing is based on a true story. A friend from Minnesota and I were on the phone for 4 hours. I believe our record is actually 6 hours. 😺
DeleteKind words are always good. I was at my doctor's today and we had a great swap of sympathies. Have a good week, Valerie
ReplyDeleteAnd you.
DeleteKind words would be good enough for me. Sure love your drawing!
ReplyDeleteThe drawing is from the original Good Things journal called Counting Blessings
DeleteWhat a lovely thing to do--and kind:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity.
Hugs
No, thank you for your visits and kind words
DeleteI think we all have a friend like that! My mom and I could talk FOREVER on the phone! I miss that.
ReplyDeleteMa didn't like to talk long on the phone, but I called her at least once a week, if I wasn't over there. Which I was half the time. 😺
DeleteWhat a sweet idea! I remember those long phone conversations. Now I get sore fingers ;)
ReplyDeleteFrom all the texting? I suppose sore fingers or sore throat from Siri send text. 😺
Deletewhat a kind and thoughtful thing to do CJ !!!! and those were the days; "talking" on a "phone"....well, you know what I mean, cell phones aside !! :) ♥♥ no need to enter us in the drawing, just wanted to say how cool this is ~~☺☺
ReplyDeleteThose were the days, lying on the floor tethered by the telephone cord. 😺
DeleteOur phones work when we were kids and enthusiastic and it was magic. Sadly the magic stopped when we became critical of life.
ReplyDeleteThe magic is still there.

DeleteLovely drawing, and lovely idea!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Finn.
DeleteWhat a wonderful idea CJ. 4 hours! Wow! I'm not one to talk much on the phone.. I'd rather stay in touch by letter but my daughter hates to go pick up her mail.. figures.. Cute bears! Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteOur record was 6 hours 😺
DeleteYou so made me giggle!
ReplyDeleteLeft one, me, right one is my Brother and guess who talks (hint, the left one is listening) - my Brother got the talk-gene!
Hubby never gets it, "how can you be on the phone like forever?!"...
Some people just don’t have that much to say. 😺
DeleteVery sweet - anything by you would certainly be welcome! thanks ahead of time...for just doing this content...that's cool.
