How Do You Keep Kitties Entertained?

Quill loves to play with toys, but he gets bored quickly with them. If Calli tries to play with a toy, Quill takes it away from her.

So how do you keep kitties from becoming bored and keep them entertained? Just like kids, you park them in front of the television. Quill enjoys watching television. Calli not so much.

Until I found an 8 hr. YouTube video of birds and small animals eating bird seed. At first Calli wasn't interested, but soon she became and avid watcher.

Do your pets like to watch television?

  2. That's a great find for the kitties. Pete is interested in TV, especially when a dog barks or their is action, but Maddie is not at all interested. And since she is the one who gets bored the easiest, it is too bad too. Happy Monday. Snow and ice here later today. Hope you don't get too much of either.

    1. The snow started an hour and a half earlier than predicted. Even a single flake of snow it too much for me.

    1. Quill did that while he was sitting on my lap and I had one of the videos on the iPad. When the critter ran off the screen, he jumped on the table and looked behind the iPad. 😺

  5. How funny is this! Must tell P - her cat, Emmi, always interferes when we talk about business, driving her nuts (I love it, of course).

  8. My kitty loved the old TVs and thought he could get things inside, but since flat screens came along he doesn't pay any attention, I'll have to look for that bird video and see if he notices. Have a great week!

  9. Your cats are easily amused. Neither of mine watch tv, but I leave it on when I'm gone so they get the noise and music.

    1. Quill gets bored quickly so sometimes he's not interested in his toys. Unless Calli is playing with something and then he takes it away from her. But he loves television and something new is always on.
